Do I need an appointment?
No. We take walk-ins during all opening hours. If you'd rather pick a time, you can book online through Tebra.
Can Doris be my family’s regular provider?
Yes. Doris Perez, APRN is the provider for office visits and telehealth, so you see the same person every time and she knows your history. We’re taking new patients of every age.
How much does a visit cost without insurance?
A standard office visit is $60. Tests and procedures cost extra. Every cash price is posted, so you know the cost before you arrive.
Which insurance do you take?
Most commercial insurance and Medicare, including Ambetter, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Humana and Oscar. The full list is on our insurance page. We don’t take SoonerCare. If you have no insurance, we still see you for $60.
How can I pay?
Cash, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Wallet. Payment is due at the time of the visit.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Doris Perez, APRN and our staff speak Spanish. You don’t need to bring anyone to translate.
Do you see children?
Yes. We see patients of every age, from infants to seniors.
