Do you see patients without insurance?
Yes. A large share of our patients are self-pay. You do not need insurance, a referral, or a membership — walk in or call (405) 358-3131.
How much is a doctor visit without insurance in Oklahoma City?
$59 for a basic office visit. $75 if the visit is complex. Those are the full prices for the visit itself, not a deposit or a starting point.
Is $59 the price for new patients too?
Yes. New and existing patients pay the same $59. There is no new-patient surcharge and no paperwork fee.
Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Walk in any time we are open — Monday to Friday 9:30am to 7:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am to 5:00pm. Booking online through Tebra is optional and costs the same.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are accepting new patients of every age, insured and uninsured.
Do you treat children as well as adults?
Yes. We see every age, from infants to seniors.
Can I get a prescription refill on a $59 visit?
Yes. Refills and adjustments are part of the visit. The prescription goes to your pharmacy at no extra charge from us — you pay only what the pharmacy charges for the medication.
Are lab tests included in the $59?
No. Labs are priced separately and every price is published. Rapid strep, flu, COVID and RSV are $30 each. A urinalysis is $29, a pregnancy test $20, blood glucose $20. We tell you the price before we run anything.
What payment do you accept?
Cash and cards. Payment is due at the time of the visit.
Is telehealth the same price without insurance?
Yes, $59 by phone or video with the same provider.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Doris Perez, APRN is a native Spanish speaker and the front desk speaks Spanish. You do not need to bring anyone to translate.
