"Cannot get in?"
"If you have never used the portal, we send the invitation to the email or mobile number we have on file — so check those first, including your spam folder. If the invitation never arrived or the email on file is wrong, call us at (405) 358-3131 and we will resend it while you are on the phone."
What the portal is
The patient portal is run by Tebra, the medical record system this clinic uses. It is where your visit history, lab results and statements live, and where you can pay a bill with a card without calling the office. It is separate from booking — appointments are made through the Tebra booking page or by phone.
Is my information safe there?
Yes. The portal is a HIPAA-covered system operated by Tebra, not a page on this website. Your records never pass through this site. Use a password you do not reuse elsewhere, and do not share your login, even with family — anyone with it can see your full medical history.
Paying a bill without the portal
You do not have to use it. You can pay at the front desk on your next visit, or call (405) 358-3131 and pay over the phone. The portal exists to save you a trip, not to be the only option.
